  E-Systems' current activities include:  
 
  • In 2025, Rob Lichtman helped draft the World Business Council for Sustainable Development (WBCSD Geneva)'s new collaboration agreement with the EC Net Zero Emissions Cities program at Climate KIC, which intends to test this idea in several EU city regions in 2026-2027. Lichtman will be Senior Urban Advisor to this effort. This builds upon his role (2015-2019) at the WBCSD and he was involved in the Low-Emissions Economy Partnership (LEEP) Program.

  • Lichtman was a member of the World Economic Forum's (WEF) "Net Zero Cities" Workgroup, and continues discussions with WEF as its urban program evolves.

  • Lichtman helped organize an informal working group of WBCSD and WEF companies currently reviewing the European Commission's Climate Neutral Cities Mission to strengthen implementation of this proposed 1 Billion Euro research and demonstration effort.
